Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1. Purpose
Thank you for using the Service (“CublickSign”) provided by CublickDigital, Co. Ltd. (“Company”). These Terms and Conditions are established to offer users diverse and convenient internet and mobile services. They describe the rights, duties, responsibilities, and usage terms of CublickSign. Please read them carefully.
Article 2. Definition of Terms
- Cublick Account: A unified login account system enabling user authentication and account management.
- Member: A user who has agreed to the Terms and Conditions and uses the Cublick Account.
- ID: A unique string of characters (letters, numbers, symbols) selected by the user and approved by the Company for login and identification.
- Password: A secure string used to authenticate the Member on the platform.
- Post: Any form of information (text, image, code, etc.) uploaded to the platform.
- Usage Fee: Fees paid by Members for using the system services.
Article 3. Terms Revision and Enforcement
Terms are posted on the homepage and may be revised in accordance with applicable law. Revisions are notified 7 days in advance. Continued use implies agreement, otherwise membership may be canceled.
Article 4. Applicable Laws and External Regulations
In cases not covered by these Terms, relevant laws such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and customary practices shall apply.
Chapter 2. Membership Registration and Use Contract
Articles 5–7. Registration, Approval, and Rejection
Describes the process of account creation, approval conditions, and cases of refusal, such as fake or stolen information, and company discretion based on system capacity or policy.
Article 8. Privacy Policy
Company protects member information under law. It may share data with judicial authorities under legal obligation. Members are responsible for personal exposure.
Articles 9–10. Updating Member Information and Account Control
Members must maintain accurate records and update changes. ID is not usually changeable unless a valid reason exists. Company may revoke or restrict IDs for violations.

CublickSign runs 24/7 unless interrupted for maintenance or emergencies. Posts violating policy may be removed.
Article 17. Copyrights
Members retain copyright of their posts but allow the Company to use them within the service. Commercial reuse without permission is prohibited.

External links are not governed by this policy. Users should review the linked site’s policies independently.
Chapter 5. Purchases and Payments
Articles 19–21. Purchase Application, Approval, and Payment
Purchase is made by submitting information, selecting services and payment method, and agreeing to terms. Methods include card, points, certificates, etc.
Article 22. Acknowledgement and Changes
Users may cancel orders if there is a mismatch in intentions. Company handles such requests promptly.

Refund requests must be made via email. Coupons and free credits are non-refundable. Refunds are processed based on the original payment method.

Personal Information Processing Policy
1. Purpose
Used for user verification, service delivery, payment, support, marketing, and statistics.

3. Retention
Data retained as per legal requirements, typically 3–5 years, and deleted on member's request.
4. Provision to Third Parties

5. User Rights

6. Destruction
